Terms & Conditions for E-C Development Site
1. EC Site Development Package:
- IT Solution Japan offers a complete EC site development package for a fixed price of ¥378,000.
- This package includes all necessary development services required to build and launch the EC store.
- Once the EC store is developed, delivered, and released, there will be no additional development costs unless further customization or enhancements are requested by the client.
- Full payment of ¥378,000 is required in advance before development begins.
2. Maintenance & Monthly Updates (Optional Subscription Plan)
- Clients who wish to have IT Solution Japan maintain and update their EC store can subscribe to one of our monthly maintenance plans:
- Standard Plan (for standard EC stores)
- Advanced Plan (for advanced EC stores)
- The monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 25th of each month.
3. With the subscription plan, IT Solution Japan will handle:
- Technical maintenance, security updates, and performance optimization.
- Any required content updates, such as adding new products, updating pricing, modifying store layouts, or changing website text/images.
- Other store operations, such as receiving orders, managing inventory, processing payments, and shipping, will remain the sole responsibility of the store owner (client).
4. Client Management & Responsibility:
- If the client does not opt for IT Solution Japan’s maintenance plan, the completed EC store, along with all necessary credentials and assets, will be provided to the client upon project completion.
- After this, the client will be fully responsible for managing and maintaining their EC store, including handling orders, customer service, and logistics.
- IT Solution Japan will not be liable for any issues, bugs, or performance concerns arising after project completion unless a maintenance service is later requested.
5. Future IT Support:
- If the client requires IT support in the future after project completion, IT Solution Japan will be happy to assist.
- Any support or service requests outside of a subscription plan will be charged separately, depending on the scope of work.
6. General Terms:
- The development package fee of ¥378,000 is non-refundable once the development work has commenced.
- IT Solution Japan reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- By proceeding with our EC site development service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
