Website Subscription Contract Plans
This document outlines the subscription plans and terms & conditions for availing our website services. By subscribing to our plans, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Standard Plan
Monthly Payment: 10,980 yen (including tax)
Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
Payment Date: Payments are due on the 25th of every month.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is not allowed before the completion of 6 months.
If a client cancels the plan before the 6-month period, they are required to pay the monthly fee of 10,980 yen for the remaining months of the minimum contract period.
After 6 months, the plan can be canceled without any additional payments.
2. Advanced Plan
Monthly Payment: 19,580 yen (including tax)
Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
Payment Date: Payments are due on the 25th of every month.
Upgrade Policy:
Clients can upgrade from Standard Plan to the Advanced Plan at any time. Upon upgrading, the monthly payment will change to 19,580 yen for the Advanced Plan.
The new contract under the Advanced Plan will also have a minimum contract period of 6 months starting from the date of the upgrade.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is not allowed before the completion of 6 months.
If a client cancels the plan before the 6-month period, they are required to pay the monthly fee of 19,580 yen for the remaining months of the minimum contract period.
After 6 months, the plan can be canceled without any additional payments.
Payment Policy:
Monthly payments are to be made by the 25th of every month.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
Contract Commitment:
All subscriptions are subject to a minimum contract period of 6 months.
Upgrading to a higher plan does not exempt the client from the minimum contract period requirements of the new plan.
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the client portal.
If the client cancels the contract plan before six months, they must pay the remaining monthly fees until the end of the six-month term.
Plan Upgrades:
Clients may upgrade their plans at any time.
When a plan is upgraded, the next payment on 25th date will be charged based on the new plan.
Refund Policy:
All subscription plans and services are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms:
The company reserves the right to amend the subscription terms or fees with prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
