How It Works: Our Design Process
IT Solution Japan, we make bringing your ideas to life simple and stress-free. Here’s how our design process works:
Step 1: Share Your Ideas
Start by sending us your text, images, and any ideas you have in mind.
Not sure where to start? No problem you can simply share examples of designs you like (or don’t like), or even a simple sketch with notes.
We’ll also recommend the best products, paper types, and finishes based on your goals and budget, and provide you with a clear design quote.
Step 2: Review the Design Draft
Once you approve the quote, our design team gets to work!
We’ll send you a design draft (JPEG format via email) for review. Your feedback is important you’ll have up to two rounds of revisions (three versions total including the first draft) to tweak the design until it’s exactly what you want.
Note: Additional revisions beyond the two rounds may incur extra charges.
Step 3: Final Approval and Printing
When you’re completely satisfied and approve the final design, we move forward with printing.
Then, all you have to do is relax and wait for your professionally printed materials to arrive!
What We Need from You
To ensure a smooth design process, please prepare the following:
Your images and logos (in digital format, if possible)
If needed, we can assist with scanning, tracing, or sourcing stock images for an additional fee.
Your text content (in a digital file)
A basic sketch or layout idea showing where you’d like things placed
Any notes, inspirations, or reference materials you feel would help
How Much Does It Cost?
Our professional design services start from ¥8,000 (our minimum charge and hourly rate).
We’ll provide a clear quote before starting, so there are no surprises.
