Website Subscription Contract Plans & E-C Site Development Terms & Conditions
This document outlines the subscription plans for website services and the terms & conditions for EC site development by IT Solution Japan. By subscribing to our plans or proceeding with EC site development, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Website Subscription Contract Plans
Standard Plan
• Monthly Payment: 10,980 yen (including tax)
• Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
• Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the 25th of each month.
Important Note:
The first subscription payment will be charged on the next upcoming 25th, regardless of the contract signing date. Whether the 25th falls shortly after signing or has already passed, the payment will be scheduled for the next upcoming 25th.
Development Timeline:
• Standard Plan: 3 to 4 weeks
• Advanced Plan: 4 to 6 weeks
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations are allowed within the first 6 months.
If canceled early, the client must pay the remaining monthly fees (10,980 yen/month) for the full 6-month period.
After 6 months, the plan can be canceled at any time without additional charges.
Advanced Plan
• Monthly Payment: 19,580 yen (including tax)
• Minimum Contract Period: 6 months
• Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the 25th of each month.
Upgrade Policy:
Clients may upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Advanced Plan at any time.
A new 6-month contract will start from the date of the upgrade.
The monthly fee of 19,580 yen will apply from the next 25th payment.
Cancellation Policy:
• No cancellations allowed within the 6-month period.
• Early cancellations require full payment of the remaining contract term.
• After 6 months, cancellation is allowed without penalties.
Payment Policy:
• All payments are due on the 25th of each month.
• Late payments may lead to temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

Once the payment is received (by the 25th of each month), we will issue and send a paid invoice to your registered email address by the end of the month.
Please check your email for the invoice notification.
Contract Commitment & Plan Upgrades:
• A 6-month minimum commitment applies to all plans.
• Upgrading resets the 6-month contract from the date of the upgrade.
Cancellation Requests:
• Must be submitted in writing via email or through the client portal.
• Early cancellation requires full payment for the remaining contract period.
Refund Policy:
• All subscription payments and services are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms:
• IT Solution Japan reserves the right to revise the terms or pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Clients will be informed of any changes via email or official channels.
2. EC Site Development Terms & Conditions
EC Site Development Complete Package
Fixed Price: ¥378,000 (tax included)
EC Site Development Timeline:
The development time for an EC store depends on the complexity and specific requirements of the project. During the consultation, we will provide an estimated timeframe for completion based on your store’s needs, with a maximum estimated time of 1 month.
Service Coverage:
1- Complete development and launch of a fully functional EC store.
Includes all necessary design, development, and setup services required for operation.
2- Once the EC store is developed, delivered, and released, there will be no additional development costs, unless the client requests customizations or enhancements.
3- Full payment of ¥378,000 is required in advance before development begins.
Maintenance & Monthly Updates (Optional Subscription Plan)
1- Clients may subscribe to a maintenance plan for ongoing technical support and content updates:
2- Maintenance Subscription Fee: ¥10,980 per month (tax included)
3- Charged on the 25th of each month
Scope of Maintenance Services
1- Technical Maintenance: Security updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
2- Content Updates: Adding new products, updating pricing, modifying store layouts, and managing website text/images.
3- Excluded: Store operations, order processing, inventory management, payment handling, and shipping remain the sole responsibility of the store owner (client).
Client Management & Responsibility
• If the client does not subscribe to a maintenance plan, the completed EC store, credentials, and assets will be provided upon project completion.
The client is then fully responsible for:
1- Managing and maintaining the EC store.
2- Handling customer service, logistics, and order processing.
3- IT Solution Japan is not liable for any issues, bugs, or performance concerns after project completion unless the client subscribes to a maintenance plan or support service.
Future IT Support
If IT support is required after project completion, IT Solution Japan will be available to assist.
Any support requests outside of a subscription plan will be charged separately, depending on the scope of work.
General Terms & Conditions
1- The development fee of ¥378,000 is non-refundable once work has commenced.
2- IT Solution Japan reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
3- By proceeding with our EC site development service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
